Overall Brosix has met my current needs. I would advise the company to keep working to develop the user interface and functionality.
Simple to set up and use with all of the features I need for my work. It's pretty easy to collaborate with clients and keep our communication running smoothly. The security features are a big plus as well.
The user interface is a bit old school, similar to some of the older IM apps out there. I think this may be a turn off for some people, but I imagine others may appreciate something familiar.

It fits my needs.
I like how easy it is to use and find for example my conversation history or to share files.
Sometimes the conversation history erases itself

Ease of use and roll out. Ability to review chat logs and history of usage.
Complaints of lack of emoji's (specifically a shrugging person).

notifications. I can set it to be as intrusive or UNintrusive as I want.
group creation / editing. not easy to add/remove members. that includes ex coworkers.

Easy deploy and very good customer service. The remote sessions help us a lot If you ask for a feather, you get it very shortly. We love it.
Dont have cons. It is very simple and nice chat app with many featers.

Delivery is instant if the person is online. If not, it indicates missed messages when person comes back online
Inability to print directly from the software.

Our agents are able to bounce ideas off of each other which helps lessen the time that it takes to offer an insurance policy to our clients.
What I like most about this software is that I am able to communicate with fellow coworkers in another state with extreme ease, files can be shared and screen sharing for those hard to figure out moments.
What I like least about this software is nothing.
