We use Yapi daily for our patient communications and it is incredibly important to us that critical information be able to pop-up when patients contact our office. The issue is, some of the information we need on the pop-ups are not coming up when we have incoming phone calls. I am unsure if this is on Mango's end or Yapi's end.
