What is MeetFox?

MeetFox is a cloud-based app that makes meeting online easy. Businesses of all sizes can schedule appointments, host in-browser video calls, charge for their meetings, bill clients with automatic invoicing and process instant payments.

Add up to 20 synced calendars with options to connect with Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar. The first calendar you connect will be your primary calendar, where MeetFox slots in your appointments whenever a booking is made. Connected calendars are analysed to determine your availability, with automatic time zone management, so that all your appointments are conflict-free. SMS and email notifications also ensure that you never miss an important meeting.

Share a simple link to host meetings right in your browser. One-to-one video calls and group videoconferencing with up to 16 attendees are supported. Instant chat, screen sharing and file sharing functionality are baked into the video calling experience. You can also record your meetings and conveniently share video or audio files with your internal team or meeting attendees. Meeting analytics in your dashboard help you keep track of your past meetings and upcoming appointments.

Create a professional booking page with your logo, brand colors, and a personal description. Design your own schedule by setting how far in advance meetings can be booked and curating your available meeting times and preferred time zone.

Create meeting types with varied descriptions and timings to streamline your booking process. You can accept or decline bookings at your own convenience, with custom confirmation messages for each meeting type you create. Set up meeting cancellation policies and charge upfront for booked appointments to reduce no-shows.

Add a questionnaire to your booking form to qualify leads and hasten your meeting prep. Different meeting types can have different questionnaires so you can screen appointments to arrange more meetings, more quickly.

Book more meetings and drive higher retention with easy-to-implement booking integrations for your website, CMS or automation tool. You can embed buttons, widgets and inline booking forms on any web page. You can also add a booking button to your email signatures and booking links to your social media accounts, including: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.

Automate billing and invoicing with instant credit payments. Stripe payments are currently supported with the ability to charge meetings on a per hour or per session basis.

White label every aspect of MeetFox with your own custom branding. Your logo, colors and distinct messaging can be included everywhere: in video calls, emails, booking pages, and website integrated, such as buttons, widgets and inline forms. What do users say about MeetFox?

With its easy use, MeetFox has been able to access virtual meetings very easily from anywhere with the calendar programming that alerts about the meetings that are scheduled, it really made this process of attending meetings much easier for me because on many occasions due to time I couldn't reach the meeting sites now with MeetFox from where I can join the meeting without problems, I just have to have a good internet so that all the information can be heard and seen perfectly
