orginio overview
What is orginio?
orginio is an easy-to-use cloud application for the automated creation of organizational charts. Corporate structures can be created directly within the tool or existing data can be imported by connecting to an HR system or by uploading an Excel file. orginio can be integrated with ADP Workforce Now, ADP Vantage HCM, Deltek solutions (e.g. Deltek Costpoint), bambooHR, UKG Ready, UKG Pro, Personio, Google Drive, and Dropbox.
The software displays key metrics, such as headcount or span of control, along the organizational structure. Other features include the definition of individual color schemes to comply with corporate identity guidelines, role-based access, as well as search and export functionalities.
orginio also offers a useful feature for workforce modeling. Create multiple what-if scenarios based on your current organizational structure. Objects can be edited, deleted, and added and moved to other places in the hierarchy via drag-and-drop. Affected KPIs are updated automatically in the process allowing for enhanced workforce planning. The original org chart or data in connected systems is not modified by modeling activities.
