Broadcast campaign capabilities support the launch of marketing campaigns across multiple messaging channels from within the platform.

Workflow automation tools facilitate the creation of end to end customer journeys such as lead nurturing and onboarding sequences. Team collaboration features permit assignment of conversations to individual team members along with internal note taking and routing controls for streamlined support management. The analytics dashboard tracks engagement metrics, conversion outcomes, response times, and campaign performance across all connected channels.

The platform supports customer support automation through AI chatbots on the WhatsApp Business API for handling frequent inquiries and support tickets. Conversational flows capture and qualify leads automatically and ecommerce notifications manage order confirmations, delivery updates, and customer reminders.
