Ring4 overview

What is Ring4?

Ring4 is a cloud-based solution designed to help businesses of all sizes generate a second phone line for calling and texting. Key features include labeling, call recording, number porting, local/international calling, caller identification, and spam call blocking.

The application enables users to create a new number by accessing available area codes, as well as generate custom voicemail greetings for the receiver. Employees can send text messages to receivers and archive conversations of every disposable prepaid number for future use. Users can also receive incoming calls or a visual voicemail from callers within a closed app or during an inactive mode.

Ring4 helps team members categorize and manage multiple phone lines by adding tags including Craigslist and Business to different numbers. Temporary phone lines can be generated, letting users create and delete the number after a single call. The platform lets users restore and postpone the expiration date of numbers by adding extra time, preventing the loss of important contacts.
