Trimble TMS allows enterprises to manage financial processing and gain real-time visibility into fleet locations, drivers' activities, or other transportation operations. Supervisors can handle multi-stop or multi-order deliveries and receive alerts about potential issues impacting routes, delivery, and freight workflows. Administrators can also assign assets and drivers to loads, and track cargo claims' statuses, to-do tasks, and gross reserves in the form of graphs or charts on a risk management dashboard.

Trimble TMS lets organizations analyze equipment information including drivers' hours of service (HOS), costs, distance covered, and load availability for current or future scenarios to enhance customer satisfaction rates. Other features include recurring order's scheduling, data visualization, shipping execution, and freight management.
