Using appear has been the best solution for audio video that I have found. Most places are too resource intensive, unstable or dont provide the right integration with my streaming software.

My only gross is that the limit of four people isn’t really ideal for people who work with big companies.

I use it multiple times per day. Our entire team has become accustomed to using Apprear.in as our central meeting location. We were using Hangouts prior and this has become much more efficient.  My connection quality is as expected 99% of the time & outside users gain access without hindrances. As you can see I am a big fan.

Making my life easy

I started using this with a client that is now the company I work for, it really caught my attention to see a new conference app. I really enjoyed to see that we have a personalized link with our company name, I feel more secure to share documents nad company files than at other software. Is very interactive and easy to use, even for the non techies or people that are new at online conferencing is very easy to understand.

I prefer using this app as this is free to use and also it has pro version, In a free version the features are very good. Host has very good control on room . I would suggest anyone to use this app as these app has very less cons. and user friendly.

Whereby isn't a tool we use everyday, because with many frequent contacts we are communicating in something else like zoom, skype, discord or slack. Every so often though we have contacts who don't frequently use those programs, or use them at all, and we find that the easiest way to get a meeting started is to simply email them our Whereby URL. The fact that it provides a no hassle experience in that type of situation is exactly what we need.

Fast and Easy to use

We use it instead of google hangouts some times, especially when the meetings are internal of the company. For example we know what room we have to go for the weekly meeting and we just open the tap at that url when the time is due.

Overall, Whereby has provide a positive experience and has done enough to convince me of continued use. It's not my most frequently used video conferencing service, but it is definitely suggested and brought up during conversations.

So everyone could use Whereby without having to log in into a tool. It was very easy. It was very easy just to create an account and set up a room. It was very easy and the user experience was very good as well. Whereby is definitely a good way to go. It's very good for meetings and for conferences.

                                                       My company is a music lesson platform. We considered Zoom as a backup, but the whole reason why we're using Whereby to begin with is because is we had to custom build our video technology specifically for music lessons. However, if we ever ran into any connection or bandwidth issues, we would use start using Whereby as a backup solution. And so that's how we started using Whereby.
                                                       We like Whereby because it's easy to use. There's not really a download feature, at least on the desktop. As long as we give the link to the students, they can click on the link and they can meet their teacher right away, which is pretty similar to how we use things on our music lesson platform as well.
                                                       It's pretty easy. I like how you can brand their rooms. The website itself is pretty user-friendly and they're constantly adding new features as well.
                                                       I would recommend Whereby to really any startup, small business, just because it's more affordable than their competitors. I really don't have too many recommendations other than just knowing their features and what kind of limitations they have and then comparing whether or not that's important to you too. There are other competitors. And getting the app downloaded and just letting people know about Whereby, at least your clients or whoever you're meeting with on Whereby, just because it's a fairly new brand. But the learning curve is really small. So as long as they know how to use it, and you've explained the instructions on how to join, it's fairly simple to use.
