Edge Delta is a telemetry-native AI SRE that continuously understands, investigates, and operates production. Its AI Teammates work on the logs, metrics, traces, and events flowing through Edge Delta Telemetry Pipelines, which collect, process, and route data to the backends a team already uses. Monitors learn baselines from live traffic and open an investigation when a pattern shifts. The SRE teammate groups related alerts into one issue, queries telemetry and change history around the alert window, and posts a root cause with its evidence. The Software Engineer teammate reviews pull requests and investigates CI failures, the Security Engineer teammate reviews access patterns and IAM configuration, and the Work Tracker links tickets, pull requests, and alerts. After a fix ships, the teammate compares telemetry from before and after the change, and the incident is saved to Production Memory for later investigations. Teammates connect to Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP, Elastic, PagerDuty, GitHub, Jira, and Linear, and Edge Delta accepts OpenTelemetry data. Teammates start at the Propose trust level, where reads run freely, every write waits for a person's approval or a pre-approved playbook, and destructive actions stay disabled until an administrator raises the level. Every action is recorded on the issue. Edge Delta holds a SOC 2 Type 2 attestation and does not use customer data to train models.
