Pros

Its licensing scheme was cost effective, its inherent ability to migrate users onto the platform easily was great, and its administrative portal is very easy to use.
Jumpcloud has been a great fit for this use case and allows us to expand adoption and capabilities as needed. Client apps make it easy to expand our deployment to new cloud infrastructure.
Its a good solution for user management, makes work easier and provides good security solutions.

Cons

The small businesses that I work with have from 3 to 10 PCs, but usually no server. JumpCloud provides the missing centralized user account control.
Very little- config with GSuite is quite confusing (but I think that is more to do with Google than JumpCloud).
For example, they support VLAN assignment via RADIUS, but do not support named VLAN's in this configuration.
