What is Shake?

Shake helps mobile and web development teams know if a build is actually safe to ship, backed by real device data instead of guesswork.

Every bug, crash, or feedback report submitted through Shake arrives with 50+ data points captured automatically from the real device it happened on, including screenshots, screen recordings, console and network logs, repro steps, device model, OS version, connectivity, and battery status. Reports can be customized with custom user data fields, custom intake forms, and sensitive data protection, so teams control exactly what gets captured and shared.

Crash reporting includes full stack traces and session context leading up to the crash, catching regressions before they reach users. The Releases module rolls all of that real-device data into a release health score, giving teams a clear signal on whether a build is ready to go out.

Shake works across iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter, and the web, plus a free Chrome extension for reporting bugs on any website, no code required. One-click integrations with Jira, Slack, and Trello keep reports flowing into the tools a team already uses, and Rules automatically route and prioritize incoming reports so nothing falls through before a release. Shake's own MCP server also lets AI coding agents query bug and release data directly.
