Great for customer building

Pros

This has been a great tool to implement to be able to have more client engagement. Sending postcards has never been easier. I've had clients tell me how much they love the personal touch, makes them feel valued.

Cons

There is not really anything I don't like about this service. The 48 hour turnaround time is great.

Inexpensive way to reach your target customers.

We decided to gamble and take our online business offline for one auction and we wanted to reach beyond our current auction members in the community. Direct Mail Manager did the trick and the turnout from the postcards was a bigger success than I thought possible.

Pros

The process was actually way easier than I thought it would be. If I did not have the information needed Direct Mail Manager was quick to provide for me, including a purchased mailing list designed to reach my target customers.

Cons

While direct mail postcards are more efficient than a standard email the returns are still in the single digits.
