Many platforms for post planning doesn't count with small teams managing many accounts - there is always some kind of limitations of how many accounts you can manage. Not with Kontentino.
I can count on Kontentino that all of our social media posts will be published on time. I love that we can work as a team on our drafts and even send them to our client for approval. It's great that it's really easy to train any new team members to use of this software.
I'm not really a fan of managing the content plans, as it brings more problems to us than benefits.

Client service is exceptional. Queries are resolved quickly and in a professional and friendly manner.
Kontentino has been instrumental in improving efficiency and client satisfaction levels considerably. The scheduling tools are superior and the client approvals functionality are invaluable.
Changing posts once they have been scheduled was a bit tricky but they've guided us through the process.

The program was used in the framework of a school assignment. This was a completely new experience for myself and the team. Kontentino made working in a group easy as each member could plan and edit posts. The calendar was very helpful.
Posts on Instagram sometimes needed to be posted manually via the mobile app. This app wasn't very useful. When we wanted to post more pictures simultaneously we needed to post it directly via Instagram, which made it very hard to plan.

It's great! I've used it for all my clients from 2019 and still recommend it to clients.
The ease of use and convenient collaboration between multiple members of the team and client.
It's a touch bit expensive compared to the other tools I know of. But. it's also one of the best that I've used so makes it worth it.

The overall experience is that this is a handy tool in your client relationship with external agencies and the improvement process for content/brand management.
For a marketing manager working for an SME I find that Kontentino offers me the best quality/price solution and support for an easy set-up. I like to use this tool because it doesn't go overload you with technical features you'll never use and instead focuses on a clear and simple overview of your managed social channels.
I didn't include the analytics option in my pricing version from what I experienced with the trial. I felt I wasn't getting all information there which I would find in another analytics dashboard.

The main reason why we started using Kontentino as an agency was the collaboration feature. Internal collaboration, but also collaboration with the client.
When your Instagram account is a creator profile, you're not able to schedule posts, which would be very handy...

I love the way this platform centralizes all activities related to social media content.
I love how it centralizes all content collaboration and approval in one platform. I can now create, schedule, and review posts with my team more efficiently. I no longer have to deal with endless email chains or documents shared across multiple platforms.
There are times when the platform can be a bit slow, especially when it comes to uploading large amounts of content or when working in large teams. Although this is not a serious problem, it can be a bit frustrating at times.

The general ease of use is just astounding. We easy to implement it to work with multiple customers which have to approve/comment social media posts. Great job.
It would be amazing if Kontentino would add a simple POST BOOST option, that would be managed in the whole social media planning. Also, it would be GREAT if posts weren't immediately sent to Facebook/Linkedin after Scheduling them and it would be possible to edit them (found myself in quite some situations after Kontentino double-posted edited posts which were later edited).

The management flow of the editorial plan and approval processes, both within the team and towards customers, is really very interesting. Also excellent in managing tasks for graphic designers, photographers, etc.
The UI should be improved. However, the development team often releases improvements, so I think it will improve over time

I´m carring about 15 profiles on FB and 5 profile on Instagram. I use Kontentino every single day for planning, preparing creating post on social media profiles.
My favourite new´s is button schedule all. When me and my colleague prepare content plan for next period, I can push only one button. Perfect.
I would lide schedule post on instagram in basic version.

in the beginning it was a bit tricky - like always when u get a new tool.... but the handling is coming so fast and the support is always there - so u never have the feeling of beeing alone.... sometimes when u load videos it takes a bit longer but yeah - in this times of worldwideconnection i think its normal - like having rush hour. we are always super informed about latest news and updates. so in summary i would say: its a super tool, if u have to work on this different plattforms. It gives u the possibility of a good organized daily flow.
i am fan of the customer support. they are very fast and professional. let it flow
in LinkedIn its not possible to plan videoposts - but the technical team gave us the button 4 videoplaning to have a better overview

You can still schedule LinkedIn videos to Company profiles. We are keeping an eye on every LinkedIn API update. So hoping to provide this missing API soon. Bo

We use Kontentino as a social media publishing tool in Exponea. I like how easy it is to use - it represents a great way for any business to syndicate their content to all the major social networks. When it comes to organizing and executing on your content strategy, you would be hard pressed to find a solution better than Kontentino. The scheduling and integrations make it easy to share your content across channels in order to make sure you increase the reach of your audience. I also appreciate the smooth approval process of the post - from copy creation, graphic design, final approval by management and scheduling.
Calendar view for multiple social media accounts is much appreciated, since we are using various social media channels.

We have been working with Kontentino for years and haven't found any better scheduling tool so far. Easy to use, great customer support and constant updates and new features. Totally recommend! :)
We'd appreciate dark mode and also scheduling 3d posts - which is currently being developed, so looking forward to it :)

We have used Kontentino for couple of years now and it is definitely our first choice.
Software is easy to use and customer service is spot on! Also, you can get really fast answers from the customer support directly from the live chat.
There is always room for improvement, but I can't point out any disadvantages right now.

Kontentino is easy to use and gives a great overview of your content calendars, the outstanding tasks and approval level. We are very satisfied with the software, as are our clients.
Reporting could be improved. There are other scheduling softwares that offer more in-depth analytics.

Kontentino is very easy to use, so definitely the user friendliness. And the customer support is so nice with short waiting times!
The analytics & reporting could be improved by adding LinkedIn, and maybe some more specific metrics such as average CTR and average engagement rate.

Kontentino changed our marketing landscape forever.
Kontentino helped us put our social media management back on track. With amazing scheduling features we don’t need to worry about social media content, also we get clients’ approval in no time. An icing of a cake is analytics feature - simple reports are generated in no time. Kontentino is amazing for collaboration and teamwork!
It lacks Instagram direct scheduling, but it is only a small detail I would change!

It means we can do our job! A good CMS is at the heart of every content marketing agency: Konentino keeps us running and helps keep our clients delighted with their social content.
The visual calendar layout, and wonderfully simple client proofing process. The library of assets. The ease of reposting. The ability to preview posts as you're creating them. Their customer service is a total dream. Kontentino is by far the best content management system I've ever used.
No Instagram automation yet plus brands' multiple social channels are viewed as separate accounts, rather than alternate strands of the same brand's activity, so there's no connection between content plans if they're on different channels. It would also be great to have a mobile app where you can reschedule, as well as just post/review posts for the day but I'm sounding greedy!

I use Kontentino on daily bases. It helps me keep my clients happy and my workflow smooth.
It's very easy and very intuitive to use Kontentino.
When to people work on same post at the same time, only one update will save to the post. So sometimes you have to update your changes again.
