What is DataSango?

DataSango is an “AI Data Operations Platform” that automatically prepares CRM data so it can be utilized by AI. It automatically resolves issues such as inconsistent notation (e.g., “株式会社” and “(株)”), duplicate records, fields filled with blank spaces, and unclassified data—all through no-code rule configuration and AI.

It features five core functions: Prospecting (automatically extracting prospects based on criteria from a database of over 5 million companies and registering them in CRM), Cleansing (automatically standardizing company names, phone numbers, and addresses), Merging (detecting and consolidating duplicate data based on custom rules), Enrichment (automatically filling in missing information such as industry, employee count, and corporate ID), and Transformation (automatically converting data into a strategic structure by combining multiple conditions).

Furthermore, with AI Enrichment, simply define the information you want—such as company profiles or recent news—and the AI will conduct web research to automatically populate the fields. AI Transform uses semantic analysis to automatically classify variations in titles like “President,” “Representative Director,” and “CEO.”

It connects to Pipedrive, Salesforce, and HubSpot with just a few clicks, and data preparation runs automatically 24 hours a day. This enables reliable reporting, highly accurate segment-based delivery, and stable business automation.
