Referral Rock is referral program software built to bring in referrals consistently. Every plan includes a dedicated advisor who helps businesses set up a program built on proven referral best practices and shaped around how they interact with customers day to day, then it runs in the background.
The system covers the whole program in one place: enrollment and automatic invites, a branded member portal, sharing by link, email, text, or social, reward management, payouts, and reporting. Reward logic can be two-sided, tiered, milestone, recurring, flat, or percentage, with automatic fulfillment in gift cards, cash, account credit, or custom rewards. Every referral is tracked back to its source in real time, with fraud checks (IP and duplicate detection) and full activity reporting.
It connects to existing systems through native HubSpot and Salesforce sync, Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Zapier, Stripe, and Mailchimp, plus an API and webhooks for multi-step and transactional sales. Data protection includes encryption and GDPR and CCPA compliance.
It runs across many kinds of business rather than one niche: home services, professional services, clinics, franchises, agencies, SaaS, and e-commerce. It supports refer-a-friend, affiliate, partner, and brand ambassador programs on one platform.
