What is Seatlab?
Seatlab is a white-label, cloud-based ticketing software.
Designed to help businesses, arenas, and stadiums manage seat reservations, payments, pricing, and booking fees all on one platform.
The software is also designed to make attendees' lives easier with tools such as the “Best Available” Function, booking confirmations via email and a Full e-ticketing solution, supported by QR scanning and printable tickets.
Seatlab allows organisations to create and sell various types of tickets all from their own website. Administrators can track booking revenue, customer demographics, ticket sales per event and other business metrics on our reporting dashboard.
Managers can also create customisable reports, set up custom booking fees for specific events, print tickets using templates, and assign coupons or voucher codes to promote sales.
Seatlab enables businesses to scan QR codes on tickets to confirm or verify attendees' arrival and securely store customer data and payment information in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The software also integrates with Stripe & PayPal to facilitate payment processing operations.
