We Love Customers enables businesses to analyze customer recommendations using real-time net promoter score (NPS) analysis. After completing a purchase, customers are automatically prompted to complete an NPS survey via email, enabling users to detect if customers are ready to recommend the brand to others. Additionally, this helps businesses identify detractors and dissatisfied customers, so that brand owners can make contact soon after purchase in order to rectify and compensate for customer dissatisfaction.
