The calendar and ease of scheduling is the best part of falcon, but the monitoring system is great too.
From lack of Reel support to improper data reporting to extra line breaks and "<?>" boxes when you schedule posts, Falcon is an overpriced nightmare that you should avoid at all costs.
It is a pleasure to use this tool and the quality of data it collects is brilliant. The tool is very easy to use and navigation is seamless.
There's been a lot of problems with the analytics part of Falcon. Empty reports, missing metrics, connection issues and just overall customization and getting the numbers that you need.
Customer service is always great, (Helgi is awesome) (and love that you can send GIFS), and they're usually quick to respond and resolve issues.
It was very buggy, and my team would have to send a ticket at least once per week when something went wrong, or disconnected, or any number of annoying bugs.
The new audience functionality is great and very helpful. The tool is very helpful to listen to your social audience and gain insight and see the impact of your work.
Constantly has minor bugs which slows down our publishing process e.g. strange spacing which cannot be adjusted; content pool not working properly.
Beautiful design, ease of use, fantastic listening tool, 1:1 customer support. The tool was a tremendous help to unify the various social media accounts, passwords, and people across our org.
For us video is a huge part of our social strategy so the inability to use falcon for this is quite frustrating as even short videos tend to be too large a file size for the platform to handle.

A good amount of details and marketing capabilities. HubSpot has some of the best integrations I have seen with other platforms.
I am disappointed with the number of panel limits you can have with the contracted plan. The other disadvantage is that UX can be tricky at times.
HubSpot helps track, monitor and create the best content for growing my business. I have seen great strides from using this company.
Any interactions with any person who works at HubSpot. Arrogant, rude, condescending, lacking any understanding of business rules.
Lots of cool features that are quite easy to use. Great academy to learn how to take good advantage of all the features.
It's frankly disgusting that this company relies on such draconian measures as a source of revenue.
It is a basic organizer and it helps you to design perfect plans for your marketing strategy. By using this tool I saved time and increased the power of my marketing plans.

As mentioned above, there are some glitches with some of the tools on the platform that can sometimes be annoying. They also had to remove some features recently due to an API change on the IG end.
I love how it helps us on provide comprehensive data for my Instagram brand. Things you can measure are.
Doesnt support instagram anymore, but that is a restriction upon everyone, not just them.
It definitely helps me predict what to post and for clients and also what hashtags to use. It's easy to use and I like the feature to build a team to help me schedule content.

The price is affordable, customer service is great, and the features are evolving in the right direction. We're excited to support the platform into the future, and hopefully grow with it, as well.
There have been a few issues where posts have failed. We have since figured out the issues.
Also want to give a big shoutout to their customer service. Their online chat is fantastic - their support team is friendly, patient, and very responsive.
I don't think that I am missing anything at this time.
It's by far the most sophisticated system with smart systems for categorization and recycling of evergreen content. It's also got the best reporting I've seen anywhere.
It took me and my team a while to understand the loose strings. When a post is not approved by posting time it goes away from the calendar I don't like that.
My overall experience has been fantastic. The software is easy user friendly and effective.
Sometimes there are publishing errors, the interface could be a bit modernized.
They provide great training and are constantly updating the platform based on user feedback. This platform was built to manage multiple clients and it is amazing once you understand how it works.
The customer service team is AMAZING and very quick to help. I appreciate this so much.

One of the many challenges is the loss of features.
I like the ease of use, the way things are organized, and the vast selection of tools from a keyword manager to come competitive intelligence tools as well as the reporting.
I dislike having to look around to find features I'm looking for.
I like the quick and easy reporting features. Love the big picture insights.
When canceling the billing cycle, the usage stops, so you cannot login and use the software for the remainder that you have paid for.
Was with the before and left, they changed a few things and now it's the best.
The keyword research tool is hard to use with the forms/fields restarting with every search.
I like how easy the interface is, and really liked their pricing before they changed plans.
I'm able to provide insight to my customers, with great report ]s and stats. Allows me to generate SEO audits and present these to my clients and work at resolving the issues.
We also love the WYSIWYG reporting and keyword research options. Link history, Google Ads integration are other features we utilize often and like the most.

And customer support/community around the platform is great, the folks at monday.com are quick to respond and help out with getting you up and running with specific needs and requirements.
I like that there are templates for a variety of project types available, and that there are many integration opportunities.
I am also a big fan of the customization available on the grids and with the premium subscription, you have a whole lot of integration and automation options available.

I love that Jasper is able to boost my productivity and that it has integrated translations and SurferSEO to help make it better than the competitiors.
My "complaint" is wanting more when Jarvis is on a role. Sometimes Jarvis has a tendency to be generic or vague when speaking to specific business topics (ex: "achieve more" or, "business goals").
The templates are wonderful, and I love how you can integrate them with thr longer form content. It has actually made me a better writer which was something I didn't expect to become from using AI.
The only thing that can stop Jarvis is a power failure.
With 39 features, I am able to create and structure ANY CONTENT, with total ease. Once you have all your content laid out in good format, you are GOOD to GO.
So far my complaints have been dealt with by updates they pushed, (as recently as a day ago,) so they are ON it.
I like Conversion.ai when you change the tone to match your brand, and it gives different amazing results. For example, you can change the tone to witty, professional, funny, excited, masculine, etc.
Often times I will request 5-8 different versions and use this to piece together. I am paying for words I am not using and that is literally the ONLY thing I am unhappy with at the moment.
Staying fresh and creative can be a challenge. Conversion.ai is like having a copywriting partner who continues to throw fresh perspectives at my copywriting helping me come up with new ideas.
As a words-challenged designer, Jarvis is my intuitive best friend, who helps me write beautiful and insightful copy for blog posts, product descriptions, ads, etc - the possibilities are endless.

The other excellent feature that I found exclusive to SEM rush was PPC competitor tracking. Knowing what competitors are bidding on is beyond the realm of a usual SEO software and is a great addition.
Everything has been a frustrating struggle. Many features that are included with the starter level of other online SEO platforms cost extra with SEMrush.
It includes a site health grade, all the Errors/Warnings, and gives ideas on how to make improvements on the site. I also love love love the automated reporting.
SEMRush has been horrible to learn and work with. Nothing is intuitive or user-friendly.
Although AHref is the best, but semrush is so far the second best. Has everything that AHref have, and happy for it.
It's sad that I would have to pay almost half of my subscription price just to have a second user be able to access our account.
Comprehensive and robust. Best for established businesses who have the budget and manpower to manage regularly.
What I don't like about SEMRush is that most of its features are paid for. This can end up hurting those who are starting in Marketing, for example.
We love the ability to quickly view our site's performance through the easily accessible dashboards and reports. The position tracker really helps us keep a pulse on the health of our site.

Overall its been pretty good. Im not a big social media fan so I like it to be as simple as possible to get my message across.
There are times that the software has been a little buggy for us. Sometimes images fail to upload or content fails to post due to errors.
I love that I can save drafts and schedule easily. This makes my social media strategy clear and streamlined with the ability to plan ahead.

I was excited to start using Hootsuite for the simple reason that I needed help managing my accounts. Like the very easy dashboard and functionality.

I dislike they way they handle elections, they way they handle reporting and banning. Someone can get banned for saying something that wasn’t even offensive and they have no one to talk to about it.

They were very responsive and did a great job helping me figure out the best way to use the software. The Event tool was nice and make event management through the list easy to do.
Given the circumstances of the pandemic and not using the services to even log in during the last year, that was inconsiderate and unacceptable.
The data reporting on opens/clicks/etc. Is incredibly helpful to track which emails gain a good response and which time of the week works best to send to our audiences.
Very disappointing, frustrating, and countless email cammpaigns have been wasted due to Constant Contacts software rearranging and distoring the format of the original created email.
The program is easy to customize, There are plug and play templates as I like to call them. They look beautiful from the consumer side and are easy to understand from the creative side too.
I was disappointed when the dropped the event portion of their program and integrated with Eventbrite.
The software is easy to learn, use, and the templates for the emails are nice yet simple to customize. The feedback about open rates is good and it's easy to setup follow-up campaigns.
But advertised as a CRM and contact management to me. It is expensive for the purpose and you can not pay per use which is unfair to most.
The interface of this tool is very excellent, clean, and easy to use. It is helping me to send emails to my customers within just a few clicks—it is fully automated.
Whenever I have a question, the techs are so helpful and can direct me to exactly what I need. I also love that it can be integrated with Donor Perfect.
The price at the time was good. It was our first software for emails, so this had a lot of wow factors for us.

They have been wonderful to work with. They have went over and beyond and have been very accommodating while working with me.
Poor customer service, lots of errors that created problems in our SEO.
As promised it is taking off and extremely excited for what else is to come in the future and what executives can work now they have a great website to send all of my leads to.
I feel they can be pricey in the sense that every thing that they do you get charged for.
Our company has used and gets great results from mymarketing360.com for years now. The re-targeting ads are very effective, the real-time analytics are excellent, and the customer support is awesome.
I put myself in a very bad spot using these guys.
The system is great and the people genuinely love what they do-serving clients. The system is the best in the world and I am very satisfied with Marketing 360's results.

In my opinion, this platform is better suited for transaction sales vs. relationship sales. The customer service is great and they are always responsive to our needs.

Also because of the disappearing feature, I worry that not the greatest people can send insulting messages to children without their being long-lasting proof that could prove their guilt.

I wanted to completely block the Discover section so that nothing showed up on there that could potentially be inappropriate for her.
It’s super easy to quickly catch up with friends through images, which is more lively than texted. The social media is focused on posting images and videos only.
The promotional filters are the worst. I cannot stand the filters that come with sound.
I like that you can share your picture and videos with your friends and random people. I like their filters as some of them are really interesting and unusual.
Some of the new filters are now fake and the quality of the pictures decrease when using filters. I also don't like the new update, its confusing.

Using TweetDeck as my Twitter client brings me a lot over good functions. The activity tab helps me to see what my people has doing on twitter and helps me to know more about them.
The downsides of this program would be the lack of customization to the interface and lack of custom coding.

I've been using it for a few years and I keep discovering how great it is again. There have consistently been upgraded and improved since inception when it was pretty great already.
Too bad their support is terrible when it does not work right, which is too often.
The product is great based on how it was marketed and it is a great tool. Used across 3 brands and does this with ease.
Another the major CON is that it does not have direct publication on Instagram, but offers 2 ways: via app notification (which can be annoying at times) or integration with Zapier, through a wizard.
An excellent experience with a great community of entrepreneurs and marketers supporting the ecosystem.
No feelings for Facebook available. No german translation available.
Finding content with ease and scheduling for multiple accounts is very easy. Lovely user interface and most of all, value for money compared to other solutions.
At this point, I would call the experience poor and we are moving to another product.

Overall we're happy that we purchase this camera. It is budget friendly for office like us and it give high quality video and sound.
With this phone service I get many "dead line" calls and spam calls. There is no filter I have found to prevent.
The Nextiva app is Awesome Works great. We switched to Nextiva because they offered a better price.
Poor call quality has also likely contributed to irreparable damage to our brand as customer calls are so frequently dropped or missed due to Nextiva’s problematic online platform and phone app.
The quality of service is unmatched. The app is super easy to use, and keeps me organized.
Just before the porting they misinformed me about the date and and time and the porting was done without my knowledge. First week of the Nextiva phone service was terrible.
The sales and support team were terrific. Price was steady and the equipment they provided was solid.
Our team had trouble logging into Nextiva’s online platform and the call audio was so poor that we couldn’t hear many customers through all of the static.
I love this product and it helped save our business during the Covid-19 lockdowns.
Our phones are solid and adding Analytics was a great addition to our overall service.

Not only is it affordable for a small agency like mine, who works with small businesses, but it's extremely powerful, and capable of executing any strategy my team or my clients require.
The constant failure of the system, the automations fail. They are not fixing the bugs.
I love the ease of use, interface, but most importantly all of Sharpspring employees, and how quickly they respond with tips, ideas, and help with support.
Their billing platform is absolutely ridiculous. They bill your clients directly, and not the agency using the platform saying that the client is the end user, not the agency managing the account.
This allows us to better understand and track our users and help determined the best platforms to promote our campaigns.
We are now remarketing to leads that were missed during the initial buying cycle and reclaiming that lost revenue on top of increasing our close rate on new clients.
I love all the metrics it provides me which helps me cater my newsletter and make adjustments as needed. This is so important so I can actually alter my content for my audience.
The only con I can think of is the lack of display/functionality options in the form and landing page builder.
