A good amount of details and marketing capabilities. HubSpot has some of the best integrations I have seen with other platforms.
I am disappointed with the number of panel limits you can have with the contracted plan. The other disadvantage is that UX can be tricky at times.

When canceling the billing cycle, the usage stops, so you cannot login and use the software for the remainder that you have paid for.

I've had a very positive experience. The help desk was able to respond to some of my questions pretty quickly, I like the functionality and my emails look good.
I have had instances where the emails sometimes end up in the spam folder or promotions folder, which can be annoying and needs to be figured out.

Mailchimp is used by many which means that spam filters are more likely to tag your emails as spam. I did not have any other problems with Mailchimp.
I like how Mailchimp keeps track of my audience and helps me categorize them for different types of emails. I also like being able to create appealing and interactive emails for my viewers.
For a company that's been around as long as Mailchimp has, it's crazy to me how bad the UX/UI is. It's just hard to use so much of the time.
The greatest benefit to using this program is the integration possibilities. It is compatible with a lot of the other software/programs we use so integration was seamless and saved time & money.
Very confusing, very difficult to figure out where to click , also when you input a wrong email address it blocks your whole process of sending emails to others.

We eventually stopped using this software because the UI was very limited in it's features. Our team didn't really catch on, and we abandoned the software after a year.
I really love a lot about Monday. It's clean, has a beautiful design, easy to use and just overall a great product.

There's no integration for WhatsApp Business. I think this is a huge bummer as that is the main communication channel in my country.
I have loved using Zoho social for work. The ease of scheduling all my posts in one place and just watching them zip off at a time I determine is very exciting.
So far I can't think of anything to dislike about the application.

The other excellent feature that I found exclusive to SEM rush was PPC competitor tracking. Knowing what competitors are bidding on is beyond the realm of a usual SEO software and is a great addition.
Everything has been a frustrating struggle. Many features that are included with the starter level of other online SEO platforms cost extra with SEMrush.
It includes a site health grade, all the Errors/Warnings, and gives ideas on how to make improvements on the site. I also love love love the automated reporting.
SEMRush has been horrible to learn and work with. Nothing is intuitive or user-friendly.
Although AHref is the best, but semrush is so far the second best. Has everything that AHref have, and happy for it.
It's sad that I would have to pay almost half of my subscription price just to have a second user be able to access our account.
Comprehensive and robust. Best for established businesses who have the budget and manpower to manage regularly.
What I don't like about SEMRush is that most of its features are paid for. This can end up hurting those who are starting in Marketing, for example.
We love the ability to quickly view our site's performance through the easily accessible dashboards and reports. The position tracker really helps us keep a pulse on the health of our site.

I love that I can save drafts and schedule easily. This makes my social media strategy clear and streamlined with the ability to plan ahead.
I had an issue with integrating it with all my platforms. I forget which one, but I was missing one that I had to do separately.
I was excited to start using Hootsuite for the simple reason that I needed help managing my accounts. Like the very easy dashboard and functionality.
It may be user error, but it has proved an inconvenience at times.
It is recommended for its great ability to integrate to instagram, linkedin, pinterest and Facebook.
I hate that you have to have a public page in order to schedule content for Instagram. M sure it’s something to do with Instagram settings itself but it still pisses me off.

Twitter is a great platform to use for its simplistic use and its availability to integrate into other platforms and softwares because of its popularity.
The only thing I don't like about the app is that the don't filter the post properly. Sometimes I just see inappropriate tweets and it is sometimes irritating.

The people on the app are harsher because most of the time, you are "anonymous. And it could be a bit confusing to use at first because it is a bit different from others.

Only there are lots of fake accounts in the app and when you send complaints to Twitter, it is not easy to receive feedback.
It's great that there is a trial period to make sure that it is a good fit for you and your company. Everyone here who has been involved with adding it, has been quite pleased with their experience.

After trying a lot of new AI copywriting tools, I think Scalenut is the best one because it has a simple, clean UI and makes meaningful, accurate text. Was worth the money and very easy to use.
The AI can sometimes be repetitive in its writing, but this is not unique to Scalenut. Jarvis has the same problem and is much more expensive.
Everything is good and their help section and tutorials are wow, have you tried their customer support you'll love that.
Some small features are still missing such as being able to specify content output size.
Scalenut comes with lot of features write quality content for SEO & Social media. Among them, I like Topic Research, UI/UX, Support is amazing, Great community, SEO tools & more.
The one thing that I don't like about Scalenuts AI Writer is the fact that there isn't a way to customize any of the frameworks and templates.
I compared Scalenut to other competitives, I think it provides the best monthly credit with good quality.
My current output is short, some of it repetitive, and I have to switch back and forth between AI Connectors, Write with AI, and AI operators in order to write more.

You can allow this program to deal with emails instead of answering each on yourself. It's really a wonderful program and a huge help with your email returns.
I had to double enter a lot of info with my fundraising software and then to i-contact. There was a lack of integration that I found frustrating.
I like its enhanced features and how easy it has been to adapt to it. I like the customer service representatives and their willingness to help and answer all my questions.
They tried to steal another month of billing and made me dispute with my CC company.
I enjoy that iContact is easy to use, intuitive, and a great price for all that is packed into what you get. You also get great customer service with them.
Even though the charity I worked with started using another service, iContact demanded payment for a period of time after we had made the switch. I personally found that in poor taste.
I like the preview and ability to send test message. I like the social media integration.
The features may be a little limited compared to Mail Chimp.

Great features as a CRM software and phone system. The reports that can be pulled are helpful to analyze the success of your sales/program.
Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions.
Probably most of all I liked a good IP-telephony. It is convenient to use, easy to integrate.
Often, formal replies come from her instead of solving problems. Tech support leaves its customers alone with problems.
I can run verity of project at the same time thanks to the amazing feature and tools that provided by Betrix24.

I've tried out a few AI-writing apps and Texta.ai is one of the better ones. It has a great interface, offers in-depth feedback on each article I write, and is great for beginners like me.

I liked the fact that it is super easy to use and it provides multiple languages capabilities.
There are a lot of errors in the content. Some parts of the content is copied exactly from other articles.
I like the way of getting great content for my projects on a few minutes.
The tutorial section is poor, the more detailed ones are missing in order to better use all the features that are included.
As a writer, having a couple of AI tools in your kit to kickstart the process has been invaluable and Text.ai is one of the better ones. A great investment if you're familiar with Ai or a new user.

I love the fact that Nice Job sends customers notifications to give a review for my business. The reviews help me to stand out amongst all of my competitors and generate me additional business.
The IOS app is not fully functioning in the sense that a lot of the features are links to a web browser. Also the conversion website lead page is very limited.
The review portion of the software is awesome as their system does all the emailing and following up for you. Excellent customer service as well.
Someones the AI doesn't detect that a review had been left by a particular client and it continues to nudge them, much to their annoyance. These are few and far between, though.
Their software is integrated into Jobber which makes it super convenient to communicate with clients. It definitely worth the money.
During COVID when we weren't sure if we would have to stop operating and were cutting costs, instead of cancelling, the guys at Nicejob offered us two months of free service to keep things going.
The executive has helped us build our website, he knows what he's doing, super knowledgeable, professional, kind, and FAST.
There's really nothing I can think of that I don't like.
After 1 sms and 3 emails lots of them do. We gathered 103 reviews in 20days - amazing.
I had a beautiful, professional looking website created that has done wonders for my business, as have the reviews I've received through their system.
Very easy to use, accomplishes the goal we set out when signing up.

It's easy to quickly and efficiently schedule a month or more in advance, and having the ability to create and save multiple captions to reuse at the click of a button is so helpful.
If you forget a channel or select too many, mid-point of writing a post, then you have to start over, which is a tad annoying.
You can save groups of hashtags there and if you pay for premium Later will help you find good hashtags to use for your content. My personal favourite feature is the grid view for posts.
Remembering to occasionally log in and refresh the connection can be inconvenient, especially if the connection isn't refreshed in time because your posts will not publish.
Later is an awesome tool that saves me loads of time. They also have great resources and tools available through their email newsletter that enhance the platform greatly.
I had a lot of problems with posting through the app when I was creating carousel posts. A lot of the times the carousel posts wouldn't go on my IG and then I'd have to do them manually anyway.
The program integrates wonderfully with all the social sites, and I feel confident that posts go out when I need them to.

If you are looking for a tool exclusively to schedule Instagram content in advance with ease (stories and posts), this is a good fit.

Prices are increasing in 2021 (I guess everything is going up in price) so will have to take a look around to see if it's still the best to use. The only platform missing for me is LinkedIn.

The staff from the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] down to the chat support are all brilliant. Very helpful, very generous and kind.
It sucks that there is a limit on characters in some of the tools and caption options for other platforms such as Twitter and/or LinkedIn.
It's a fantastic tool for anyone who wants to optimize their time using ready-made structures, but not plastered. It helps a lot to resolve issues quickly with a super firm and resolving AI.
I dislike that Simplified sometime repeats my text input.
Best part is it has auto matching and auto filling applications which are helpful for creative ideas.
The number of templates was bit limited for visual arts.
The output that we have experienced is superior to any competitor that we have tried. I have tried many competitors and find the price to be perfect for our company's budget.

It sucks that there is a limit on characters in some of the tools and caption options for other platforms such as Twitter and/or LinkedIn.

The integration with email reminders for customers is awesome... everything I was stressing about maintaining was brought to one nice package.
No traffic actually comes to your website, everything goes through a proxy fake version of your site. You have no say so in how your ads look or what message they deliver.
I love that Thryv does everything that I need as a course creator, blogger and business agency owner needs. It is everything all in a fantastic package and the customer support is outstanding.
Haven't been getting ANY business or leads from this supposed program. Asked to be cancelled last year and yet to be cancelled and still being charged.
I have had a terrific experience with Thryv. We will have a long and happy journey with one another, as their abilities grow and expand and as my Business grows and deepens.
I was told it would take 1 week to be up an running, took over a month and was still terrible and most features still don't work.
The staff and the software are absolutely wonderful. Every staff member has been friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable.
Worse decision I ever made. I was sold a bill of goods.
Also, the ability to self manage social campaigns is a great advantage. THE BEST FEATURE is COST of them managing my business on all website platforms for one price and no surprises.
For us, a huge win is the ability to reach all of our clients in one automated campaign.

PosterMyWall is AMAZING, I recommend it to all of my friends in the "church world", and cannot recommend it enough as a quality, inexpensive option.
Recently it has become necessary to pick my prints from the store and not have them mailed to me as I was accustomed to. This is frustrating and time-consuming, especially for a small staff.
I can be as creative as I want with my promos and I love that I can have some moving with animation as well. Poster My Wall boosted my appearance and made all my material look professional.
Unfortunately I recieved a lot of negative feedback about my poster campaign.
Especially as someone like myself who is not too technical, I really enjoy working with PosterMyWall. I love PosterMyWall, wish I had found it sooner.
I dislike the fact that when moving something it keeps popping up the option to delete, copy, etc.
I like that you can look at others ideas and incorporate them into a great product that works for you. I am glad of the background remover, makes it so easy to customize photos.
CON: I have trouble with the movie/gif templates when it comes time to download and share. It can be very difficult to share with others.
Everyone that I have created flyers for have loved them. I love being able to contribute to my community in this way.
Your templates so many to choose from. So easy to understand and with self-learning skills that makes me look and feel so professional and the quality is excellent.
Hands down, the best professional-looking templates for flyers, invitations, letters etc. I know that I can come to this site and easily find a template that I will love.
I love the versatility of it and the inexpensive costs because I do this for free for my community and it doesn't cost me a lot to do this for them.
The end result is a very professional looking design. I am amazed at how quickly I can complete a project and how great it looks after.
