If I could make one overall recommendation it would be I wish our Arena implementing team was more *forceful* with best practice uses. A team that no longer is with the company made a number of decisions that ended up causing a lot of trouble (for me specifically, as the admin/quality rep) in the future.

I am very impressed with Arena, it seems to be designed by people that understand Product Life Cycle Management, Quality Systems, Regulatory compliance.  It is more complete than most other modules that are part or ERP systems.
