What is GroovePacker?

GroovePacker is a barcode inventory and scan pack quality control system designed to prevent picking and shipping packing errors, and update warehouse inventory in real-time

After importing orders from an order manager (BigCommerce, Magento, Amazon, etc.), GroovePacker helps warehouse packers ensure perfect accuracy by guiding fulfillment staff through the packing process, allowing them to verify each item by scanning it's UPC / barcode. GroovePacker catches pick / pack errors before items are shipped, helping to minimize losses to inventory, and decrease instances of customer dissatisfaction and negative feedback.

GroovePacker supports multiple barcodes per product and can scan multiple items at once with case or pack barcodes. A record of all scans is kept and packer performance statistics allow warehouse managers to see how their team is doing.

Key benefits of using GroovePacker

GroovePacker's intuitive interface enables same day setup and instant user adoption with minimal training.

Items can be scanned on mobile devices as they are picked and packed, with the GroovePacker mobile app for iOS.

Every item ordered can be scanned and verified as it's packed; multiples are counted, kit items are scanned, and every scan is logged.

GroovePacker pulls shipment details from Shopify (or other order managers) via API or .csv import.

GroovePacker supports multiple barcodes and SKUs for each product and with 'case' or 'pack' barcodes, can scan multiple products at once.

Reminders and special notes (e.g. "ensure cap is on securely") can be displayed whenever a specific product is packed for shipping.
