From the first contact, Ronspot representatives actively provided all the support information necessary for our decision about the product choice. A fully working demo environment was available to try the product functionality. Implementation took just a few days, including the design of the map zones. Users' adoption of the system was flawless due to the optimized GUI and native application.

Thank you for your feedback! Ronspot automatically notifies the owner of a reported vehicle, provided that the car registration is linked to an employee in your account. Admin users can also choose to receive these notifications by enabling the optional 'Admin Alerts'.

Its a positive experience and assisted in the move to hybrid working in our organisation. The quick response by Ronspot support for any help we needed in installing the system, training and the ongoing management of the system made managing the Ronspot system easy which freed my team up to carry out other essential duties.

Overall experience was excellent. [sensitive content hidden] were great to deal with. Really quick to reply and very patient when it came to making sure our needs were met. We have a complicated system with a lot of people travelling between 4 different offices. 
The online user training sessions were also a huge benefit.

Similarly, when a user releases their booking, the space is immediately made available to other users. It's a product needed for all offices experiencing car park issues/complaints.

Thank you for your feedback! Ronspot includes a feature that allows admin users to report unused bookings directly from the Dashboard. The user will be notified that their spot has been reported, and infringements will be summarised in the Unused Booking report. Thank you for your feedback! Based on your input, we’ve turned this option off by default. Additionally, the apps have been available in Dutch since September 2023, and the admin panel was translated into Dutch in December 2024.

Es war von Anfang an bis zum Ende der Implementierung großartiger Kundensupport. Der Start war problemlos, so das nach spätestens einer Woche das gesamte Buchungssystem problemlos angenommen und bis heute super genutzt wird. Gerade in der Testphase wurden wir bestens unterstützt.

L’organizzazione è impeccabile: si puòpianificare il mio parcheggio con giorni di anticipo o trovare soluzioni last-minute. L’integrazione con il calendario è un plus incredibile, soprattutto per chi lavora in ufficio e deve gestire appuntamenti e trasferte.

Ronspot è davvero un’ottima soluzione per chi vuole semplificarsi la vita e non avere più problemi di parcheggio. Consigliatissima!
