MPACT CMMS overview
What is MPACT CMMS?
MPACT CMMS by MPulse Software is a cloud-based computerized maintenance management system that connects work orders, preventive maintenance, requests, assets, parts, and reporting in one platform. Maintenance teams use it to see every open job, keep preventive maintenance on schedule, and build the asset history that explains what failed, why, and what it cost.
Work order management
Create work orders from requests, preventive maintenance schedules, or directly from the grid. Each work order carries its priority, due date, assigned technician, instructions, checklists, attachments, parts, and asset history. Filterable grids color-code priority, due date, and status so overdue critical work stands out. Required fields make closeout documentation part of finishing the job.
Maintenance requests
Requesters are free and unlimited. Anyone can report a problem by scanning a QR code on the asset or submitting a web form, then follow its status through automatic updates. Your team reviews each request, adds people and parts, and converts it to a work order on one screen.
Preventive maintenance
Schedule PM by time, calendar, or meter readings. MPACT generates the work orders automatically, with the option to hold them for review before release. Scheduled and reactive jobs share the same views, assignments, and asset history.
Asset management
Track equipment, buildings, vehicles, and grounds with full histories of work orders, labor, parts, downtime, and failure codes. Attach manuals, photos, and documents. QR codes link each asset to its record for scanning in the field.
Parts inventory
Set reorder points, track stock across multiple warehouses, and tie parts to work orders so usage and cost post automatically. Purchase requisitions and approvals are available in Enterprise.
Mobile
Technicians complete work orders from any phone, tablet, or laptop in the adaptive web app, logging hours, readings, and photos at the asset. An offline technician mobile app is available as an add-on for areas without a signal.
Reporting and dashboards
Configurable dashboards and reports cover work order status, PM compliance, downtime, failure analysis, labor, and parts cost. Export to Excel, PDF, or CSV.
Integrations and security
Enterprise add-ons include REST APIs, ERP and accounting integrations, sensor and IoT integrations, single sign-on, and multi-factor authentication. MPACT runs on a 99.9% uptime service level agreement.
Editions and pricing
Professional starts at $29 per user per month and Advanced at $79, billed annually. Technicians can use a $29 Technician License. Requesters are always free. Unlimited phone and email support is included, and MPulse Software builds a demo environment with your own data at no cost.
