Steer has helped us to automate our internal business processes. Making the process flow faster and with fewer errors that are common in manual methods. It is very affordable and easy to use, even for non-IT employees.

Since the product is continuously evolving, we have to also spend time staying up to date with the new features to use the platform to its full potential.

We loved that we didn't need a software developer to put together a working prototype. Low-Code, drag and drop allowed our team to pick it up in less than a week to deliver what we had set out to do.
We received an early-copy of the build, so some of the features we were looking for still aren't there... however, we understand that as time goes on, QuickReach will be complete.

I can see where my tasks/requests are; with that I can easily follow up co-workers that are involved in the process. Some processes were made more efficient when we used Steer.
There are some tickets that get stuck in automation. When approving tickets, there are also times where I still need to refresh the page because all my tickets disappear or just to make sure that the ticket has moved to the next step.
