“I love the fact that Monograph has projects, phases, timelines & milestones ready to go right out of the box. Made it easy to get hooked in and continue moving forward with each new project. The Tasks are troublesome as they don't seem to updated when a schedule shifts like milestones do. I love that when a schedule does need to shift (as they always do), the subsequent tied phases and milestones shift with it. However, often we don't know a schedule has shifted until afterwards, or a whole project is built up, but then languishes for 6 months while the client gets their crap together. This makes shifting past or missed milestones a manual effort. So, it would be nice if we could have the ability to shift the past milestones along with the future schedule. Am I missing something or can't tasks be tied to a milestone and shift with them?”

I like that I can integrate our customer information, but the integration process needs more work. For example it would have been great to integrate time tracking, specially during the onboarding process.

This is our accounting software and monograph cannot handle this. integration is important to reduce double entry and errors

All the invoicing is made in Monograph, and the integration with QB is very important to have all the accounting up to date.

Monograph is not a full accounting system and so QBO is necessary for accurate end of year tax accounting.
