A formidable tool to organize your company's communication channels

We have used octadesk for a long time, and it has always been our ally to unite all our means of contact. We learned to communicate a little better with the octadesk support team and reduced our problems.

Pros

The biggest advantage of all is to unite numerous types of chat in one place. We use facebook, instagram, whatsapp chat and the virtual store's own chat. It has link with official whatsapp API. There are alternatives to register numerous users. The way in which it allows the creation of bots to pre-service customers is very intuitive.

Cons

It has some instabilities that disconnect all social networks and it is necessary to reconnect from time to time. Sound alerts are considered weak by our team

Praticidade e preço justo

Atendeu muito bem a necessidade da empresa. Conseguimos centralizar os atendimentos em uma só ferramenta de uma forma simples, e isso não acontecia antes na empresa.Antes de adquirir o Octadesk usávamos uma outra ferramenta chamada Global Bot, que é uma ferramenta apenas de bot. É muito boa, porém não integra as demais ferramentas, como acontece no Octadesk.

Pros

É uma ferramenta super fácil de utilizar. Em poucos dias concluímos toda a implantação sem problemas. Toda a configuração foi feita de forma prática também por nossa equipe que não tinha muito conhecimento, mas mesmo assim conseguimos configurar.

Cons

Algumas integrações não são nativas e precisam ser feitas via API. As ferramentas e recursos nativos costumam facilitar a vida de equipes pequenas e com recursos escassos.

Be part of a company that has Octadesk to carry out communication with the customer, it is a very easy to use application but with some instabilities that need to be improved.

Pros

The way it looks like WhatsApp great for business

Cons

It has many instabilities very often it is offline and takes a long time to be resolved

Bom custo x benefício

Eu já uso o Octadesk há mais de 4 anos. Usei primeiro em uma startup chamada EduQC, depois usei numa integração com uma faculdade chamada IESB e usei na Folha Dirigida. De uma maneira geral, atende bem. O problema principal são as quedas e lentidões que no último ano foram bem mais frequentes.

Pros

Custo. Comparado com outros serviços como Freshdesk e Zendesk, esse foi o que melhor me atendeu por um menor preço

Cons

As falhas praticamente diárias. Durante o último ano tivemos muita dificuldade, com lentidões, quedas e indisponibilidade do serviço.
