Stratws One is my right hand when it comes to analyzing indicators, controlling the meeting agenda, checking minutes and pending tasks, developing action plans and projects, so for me, it is an important and fundamental tool for a company that wants to have strategy control based on proven effective methodologies.
Customer support could be better, when we pass on a suggestion of an idea it usually returns with a considerable cost of adapting software and the idea can be replicated to the entire customer base and improve the tool that is already very good! NOTE: The solution given to the OKR methodology was poor.

The support is very agile, and in all times when the activation was necessary, we were very well attended and with very explanatory solutions. I have never used any software in which the strategic units of the companies could share information and have a single basis for evaluations to be made. It's incredible!
The integration between the strategic planning units, processes and projects makes everyday life much easier, I can view all the information with a few clicks and obtain performance reports on the fronts I need.
For the project module, very common tools could be created on a daily basis such as: critical path. Today we have difficulty having this information ready and we ended up using other software besides stratws to help us.

The system is an excellent planning and monitoring tool, but it is confusing. It provides a history of goals and the visualization of achievements is very clear. It is customizable in terms of indicators and areas.
El is very confused and I find the support terrible because it is only by email. I feel like giving up everything when I think that to get support I will have to exchange around 5 to 6 emails just so they understand my need. I waste time making prints, videos, writing emails in which the person on the other side takes time to understand my problem. The training I received from the system was videos...
