Problem is they have many layers when googling their name, which I would have found this name before ever signing up. Complete waste of sunken cost money plus all the organic leads we lost.

Did not receive one response from the leads. When I made the decision to cancel they have given me the run around and have charged me 2 extra months despite asking to cancel.

I love the convenience and ease of an online bank like chime. My deposit was processed quickly and I hope to be able to use it more soon.

I love that it gives the option to round up purchases to help save & no overdraft fees are great too.

The most horrible people on Staff and they charge you for nothing. No products and no website.

Nothing to talk about cause they are horrible absolute horrible they just lie and promise and do not deliver especially their sales dept , managers anyone. That they working there.

I love the ease of use and support is always responsive. Highly recommended all around.

No Customer service and very too expensive. They over charged me and never gave me back the money.

There are a lot of glitches, errors in the system, problems with email templates, etc. They are all items I would associate with trying to grow quickly.

I also loved the thing we have an AI who texted our lead, drip campaigns as well are really good and also this CRM not pricey.

I love that there is an option to round up transactions and take 20% from your direct deposit each time placing it into a separate savings account.

Its super secure, I had an app linked that was hacked. Chime was safe and had no attempt.

The implementation and integration with the website was very smooth. Great customer service and pricing.

I really like the website and the tools to engage leads to convert.

If you need to do direct deposit they've got this available for you right away as well. Customer support is available, free and easy to use.

This makes it difficult to manage my own funds without accessing it.

So far, the only setback I have found with chime is the access of depositing cash... most online banks have little to no options for depositing cash.

I had a little trouble setting up the website integration to allow the property alerts, but I was able to work through it on my own.

Our team has used Chime for the past 8 months and it has significantly improved our business. We have made our own suggestions for system improvement and have seen a good portion of those implemented so far. Our customer success manager - has been fantastic!! We have met face-to-face multiple times and he has kept us updated on our suggestions and has trained us in the great improvements that keep coming from this innovative company. Customer Service has responded to our needs in a reasonable time frame. We love the Smart Plans! We set those up and live on the Tasks all day and stay on top of all the critical transaction details for our clients. The recent ability to match properties to our prospects is expected to be a huge game-changer for the way we do business!

the email says that I need to wait until someone calls me to let me know of the next step prior to cancelling the service!!!

Simple, Easy to Use

Chime is not well set up for a team. They are lacking many basic features.  I would recommend for an individual agent, but not anyone running a team at this time.  They have not built in any features that are needed for a team setup.   I'm sure that it will come with time and it will get to a point that it runs well for a team. 

If you can accept some growing pains along the way, get on board now. I'm sure pricing will go up at some point.  They are constantly working to improve and it has a great foundation.

Terrible. I've had many, many problems and customer support is awful to deal with. They are terrible about getting back to me, all but impossible to reach, and not able to fix problems, even at a basic level. Stay away from this CRM

Ali H.:                                                Hi, my name's Ali. I am a listing coordinator for a real estate team. My team ranges from eight to 10 people and I give Chime a five out of five stars.
                                                       So, I use Chime as my database to keep track of my clients and the communication that I have with them throughout my team. It allows me to see when the last time someone's talked to them and organize my database.
                                                       I really like the Chime app. It allows me to communicate with my clients while I'm going about town, as well as on my desktop, and I really like the notes feature on the app where it allows me to see the information that my teammate has put in for my client.
                                                       The one thing I could see Chime improving upon is whenever there's an update, sometimes there's some glitches in the system and our database will have some errors for an hour or so.
