The application offers an owner portal, which lets clients view property information including historical statements, previous bills, tenancy, images and current financial status of properties on a unified platform. With the inspection module, employees can plan, schedule, and conduct inspections by sending notices to tenants and generating inspection reports with photos, reviews, and follow-up actions for owners.
PropertyMe offers an API, which lets businesses integrate the system with several third-party platforms such as BPay Batch, Connect Express, DocuSolve, Inspection Manager, and more. It also allows administrators to automate maintenance workflows by creating tasks for technicians in the jobs section, adding notes, images or due dates, and requesting job quotes from multiple suppliers.
