It its open for too long without use, it will not let you add any more content. You have to signout and sign back in which becomes a pain.

Missing a group capacity to interface group accounts, anyway I realize that they are currently dealing with this. They even called me requesting that my necessities see this capacity become animated.

Very good. Depsite the downsides (it's also a very new crm so updates are still on the way), the deisgn and layout is so worth it. Using this crm to start a real estate team and push past the 6 figure income mark.

I love it! It has helped me set goals, keep track of my commissions, and with newer implementations I will be able to get in contact with clients more personally. I like the simplicity of it. Others I have tried have so many things to do, it makes me feel overwhelmed. This is a perfect product for a newbie, or something that just wants something simple to get started!

Frustrating. Wanting them to succeed as it is a great concept and when it works it is really easy to use. They are nearly there on the basics but still have a good way to go.

So far, because it is more Realtor friendly than others I like the system.  Importing contacts was a bit challenging, but that always is.   Adding notes is very simple.  I just need to spend more time on how to take a contact's address, change it to a lead and then move it up the line to a closing.  But that is on me, not the system.

                                                       While I was looking at different CRMs, a lot of the CRs out there did not allow me to do customized mailers to send out a lot of mail. I send out mail to my clients and friends, and so finding a mail system or CRM that allows me to send out and label mailers is fantastic. A lot of systems don't allow that, they are more based on email. Now, I did find that having a software that had MailChimp was important to me because it's easy to use as a real estate agent, and I also wanted to find a software that allowed me to create anniversaries for birthdays, home anniversaries, individual kid's anniversaries, dog anniversaries, and have a reminder three days in advance or however long I wanted in advance. But there's just not a lot of software out there that I could find that match those criteria.
                                                       I chose RealOffice because the support is fantastic. They me messaged me every time I add a question within a few hours or less. They have a great premium support system that you can subscribe to. They have a direct to Avery label system that allows you to print off labels immediately, so if you just want to either call up a list of people and print it off, you can do that. You can easily organize your database into different groups. You can easily connect to and integrate with MailChimp and automatically import your emails, so for the less tech-savvy people, that's extremely useful. And also really love the anniversary birthday system that they have in place. I don't really use the part of the software that manages transactions, because I already use a different software for that. But I found it to be a great CRM with a great development crew behind them.
                                                       It was a transition moving from one CRM to RealOffice. I felt like it was easy, but I had to still scrub a lot of my data to make sure that it was accurate and to use all the features, wonderful features that they have at RealOffice, like making sure you have the right addresses, emails, anniversaries. Making sure to comb through your old file systems as a real estate agent takes a while, but you really saw the value add immediately. As you write birthday cards to people, really easily are reminded of that. And home anniversaries, people are excited to hear that they've owned a house for a year, or if you just want to do real estate updates, you can set a reminder each year to make sure to talk to your client, just like a financial planner would.
                                                       If you're looking for an inexpensive solution with a great staff that will answer your questions very quickly and make sure you're taken care of if you have any questions, then I would recommend RealOffice. If you're looking to run kind of a ninja selling type business, where you're really connected and trying to generate referrals from people and just have a better relationship with people, I'd say RealOffice is the number one pick that I've found.
