SquadFusion is a cloud-based sports team and league management platform for managing memberships, registrations, payments, rostering, scheduling, communication, and more.

SquadFusion allows users to create and manage their own custom club website, with the ability to format text, create links, add pictures, and upload files. Key announcements can be highlighted on the main page, team pages, or individual users’ homepages, and expiration dates can be set in advance to remove the post when it is no longer needed. Users can also control the content and pages each member can access. Members can register online, using customizable registration forms, and users can control registration options, welcome messages, fees, waivers, merchandise, equipment, and more. Payments can also be processed during the registration process, allowing members to pay registration fees or deposits up front. Check and credit card payments, discounts, early bird pricing, full and partial refunds, and payment plans are supported. Any outstanding balances can be paid through the member’s profile page at any time.

The rostering tools in SquadFusion allow users to create rosters through drafts or by assigning players based on any criteria, with insight into current player distribution and options for pre-sorting of players at registration, manual assignment, and automated, rule-based roster creation. Users can control access to rosters before they are finalized, and send out notifications to players and families once squads are confirmed. Events and schedules can be created in SquadFusion, with users able to generate a master schedule to be broken down by squad, or create individual squad schedules and then combine them in a main calendar. Members are given full control over their communication and notification preferences, and can define whether they wish to receive information on new and updated events, urgent and nonurgent team notifications, and community board posts by email or SMS.
