Clients can also manage their own schedules by picking an open or available time slot on the studio calendar. Users can choose to display the entire calendar, or just a few select options at a time. Iris Works includes a lead page which allows users to pull and manage new leads and contacts from their website and social media accounts like Facebook and Instagram. Iris Works features automated follow-up tools designed to connect and follow-up with leads efficiently based on their service interests.
Automated workflow management technology helps users organize and manage their studio management processes, allowing users to send and receive contracts, invoices and emails, as well as create to-do lists with due dates for clients all in one place. Iris Work’s invoice templates enable users to request and manage deposits and final payments online. Clients can make payments securely through Square, PayPal or Stripe accounts. Iris Works supports brand management capabilities, enabling users to promote their business effectively through branded emails, invoices, questionnaires, contracts, and more. Other Iris Works features include ShootProof and Quickbooks Online integration, plus a unique scouting system.
