Business Flex: $135/month, waived at $13,500+ monthly card volume. 1.4% booking fee, and you bring your own EFTPOS terminal for in-person card payments at your existing merchant rates. 650 appointments/month ($0.50/extra), 700 SMS/month, no fees on cash or bank transfers.

Business Max: $240/month, waived at $20,000+ monthly card volume. 1.2% booking fee (the lowest rate) plus Stripe. Unlimited appointments, 1,000 SMS/month, no per-appointment or cash/bank transfer fees.

Petboost Enterprise: custom pricing, scoped on a call. For groups running two or more locations. Enterprise HQ dashboard, cross-location reporting, consolidated billing, and white-glove onboarding.
