Super satisfied by this tool and especially by the team itself ! Their are very helpful and very kind.
- Help me save time in the lead generation - Simplify the whole process of lead generation as it is sync with LinkedIn - Free your mind as you do not have to take care of sending a follow up email to someone that did not reply to your last email
- Need time to set the system to have something working in the end - If you are using SalesForce like me and want to sync data between both solutions, you need to find a workaround with Zapier which could take time and not be the best solution to your needs

My favorite automated prospecting tool. I recommend.
Very comprehensive tool for outreach campaigns. The studio for creating campaigns is pragmatic and also plugs in with lots of data enrichment and CRM tools. A huge time saver.
The price is a little high but we quickly find a return on investment because we don't need to have other subscriptions to scrape and enrich our data. LGM does it for us.

An easy-to-use tool with many possibilities, highly powerful, and at an affordable price.
Some bugs on the new cloud version, but they have been resolved since.

I've used La Growth Machine with more than 20 customers and the results have always been good. Also, the customer support team is amazing.
I really love the fact that you can build multi-channels workflows very easily. With branch conditions, you can maximize the number of prospects you reach in a campaign, which is really powerful.
The management of the widget can be difficult. In fact, you have to make sure that the widget is open on your computer. If not, the actions are not performed.

I'm mostly using LGM to run sourcing engagement campaign. I've tested several product and LGM checks all the boxes, especially with the conditional campaign option and even more with the latest features like Inbox
- conditional campaigns (delaying email sending, switching to personal emails)- multi-channel campaigns with so many option for touchpoint (linkedin, twitter, email...)- easily switching between identities to boost engagement- reporting is actually fairly intuitive and detailed (which is rare in the world of recruitment/HR Saas)- support from the team is incredible! They're reactive, spot-on and always finding you the ideal solution (or at least top notch workaround)
- not having a chrome extension to easily import leads 1 by 1 (in sourcing I'm more on a 1 by 1 than mass mode)- navigating identities, teammates and widget running on several campaigns/ID isn't that easy to apprehend at first- not being able to order audience, nor campaigns by themes/team

Very good, i really like the buisness support reviewing worklow and copywriting of your campaigns.
The total control of workflow in multicanal with a perfect flow control view
not yet encoutered, only an issue one time but it was Linkedin that change something on invitation request, LGM team reacted fast and fixed the issue.

Super convenient to use when you want to reach a lead through different channels (email, LinkedIn, Twitter). Very good for testing on short amount of leads.

LaGrowthMachine is very easy to use, yet very powerful. The user interface is very intuitive and you can easily set up your sequences. In less than a day you can start implementing your multi-chanel outbound strategy and interact with your prospects on Linkedin, Twitter or by e-mail. Worth to mention features : - API integration - Webhooks connection (great if you use Zapier, to push your leads to Facebook custom audiences for example) - Hubspot integration
I'm missing a global dashboard to see all the actions performed by my identities, but no doubt it will come sooner or later.

LGM allowed us to reactivate dying leads using other channels than emails, which drastically improved the results of our campaigns. In addition, we are also able to daily make our database grow using LGM’s LinkedIn import and enrichment features. LGM also gave us the opportunity to automate a lot of steps in our prospection that were time-consuming and of low value for EMAsphere. Synchronization with our CRM was a key factor in this project. Our CRM has a lot of marketing automation tools but none for sales automation. LGM being natively synchronized with Hubspot was a perfect match, bringing innovative and simple-to-use features.
Complex sequence building via a super user-friendly tools. Multichannel approch is made possible on a easy way via email, LinkedIn, and Twitter. LGM automatically matches and finds the LinkedIn profiles without making it timeconsuming.
Managing the different sequences and templates can sometimes be a bit complex. Sometimes it's a bit difficult to understand why you do not reach the daily limits of your account in terms of sent emails or messages.

Testé et approuvé dans différents contextes (Fr, inter). Lancez vos campagnes aussi en début de matinée, ça vous permettra d'optimiser la journée sur d'autres sujets - ou en production.
Modulable, fonctionnel, agréable à prendre en main, c'est presque un sans faute ! C'est un outil qui fait AIMER l'outreach, et c'est là sa plus grande qualité. En cas de soucis, vous aurez de vrais gens derrière pour prendre le relai, rapidement et efficacement. En français. Dans un language compréhensible de tous. En 2024, ça n'a pas de prix.
La grande modularité et toutes ses options de séquences pré-remplies ont vite fait de noyer le cerveau sous les possibilités. Un conseil : soyez au clair avec vous même avant d'adopter l'outil (ciblages, messages), et le reste découlera naturellement pour la mise en place.

L'utilisation de LGM à encore plus renforcé ma vision de la vente comme un processus et ça, ca plait à mon coté ingénieur.
La vision de LGM c'est de concevoir le cycle de vente comme un processus. Ce que j'apprécie le plus c'est que la vente est "processé". Création de l'audience (segmentation) > enrichissement des données natives via Linkedin Sales Nav + Dropcontact > messages Linkedin / Mails / Twitter / voice messages intégrés > labelisation des leads en fonctions du type de réponse > central inbox pour gérer les réponses > lien via CRM. En somme ce que j'apprécie le plus c'est le process, fluidité et robustesse.
Cela fait plus de deux ans que j'utilise le produit, au début il y avait des progrès à faire sur le suivi des campagnes, la messagerie centralisée, la labélisation des leads, la gestions des OOO, ... mais avec le temps , l'équipe produit / tech à su s'adapter aux besoins utilisateurs. Je dirai qu'aujourd'hui je n'ai aucun point de friction. Je pense cependant important d'indiquer que l'outil est plutôt pensé pour faire de la prospection ultra- personnalisée. Si vous souhaitez faire du gros volume (1000 mails par jours) LGM ne sera pas adapté.

Simplicité d'utilisation, c'est un tout en un qui fait très bien chaque chose ! La possibilité de faire des voice note sur Linkedin c'est vraiment le feuEt en plus le support est très reactif ! BRAVO
On pourrait dire que c'est pas le moins cher mais à part ça il n'y a pas grand chose à redir.Ils sont à l'écoute des utilisateur, il y a quand meme peu de bug (je trouve) pour un produit qui a moins de 3-4 ans.

Rien à dire, le support est efficace, ils comprennent les problématiques des Growths.
Cela fait 6 ans aujourd'hui que je fais du growth, d'abord sur Dux Soup, puis par Walaaxy. La Growth Machine a changé le jeu, c'est pro, sans bug et époustouflant grâce aux intégrations CRM. Les séquences multicanal font que nous atteignons des taux de transformation record.
Le prix, c'est pas donné, mais complètement cohérent au regard des fonctionnalités et de la qualité du service

Utile si vous avez une équipe de SDR matures et capables d'utiliser comme il se doit un tel outil
Avant tout, LaGrowthMachine se distingue de la concurrence par son support client - réellement à l'écoute et capable de prendre le temps de vous appeler si besoin. Cela n'est malheureusement pas le cas chez tous les concurrents de la place.Concernant le produit, son principale avantage réside dans le fait de pouvoir mettre en place des séquences d'outbound multi channels, d'une extrême simplicité. Grid, drag&drop, etc. Si vous avez besoin de construire des séquences plus complexes - et faire appel à des webhooks / API etc - vous ne serez tout simplement pas déçus :) LGM est clairement la solution la plus avancée à date.
Solution la plus quali pour automatiser des séquences d'outbound multi channel mais également la plus chère...
