The connection quality is excellent and all calls can be recorded. A dialer comes in a package with the system for lead management which is convenient and helps to organize customer database.

Some important features were missing, one time we've lost a part of valuable data because of system crash.

To make calls you are charged a monthly fee (20USD) for using the Voiptime system + per minute tarrif of online number provider.
