What is Adalte Travel Platform?
Adalte Travel Platform is a cloud-based reservation system, with front-end and the back-end administration for DMCs, Tour operators and Network. Key features include data export, hotel mapping, order tracking, group reservations, price allocations, inventory management, and customer and supplier management.
The application includes a layout editor, which allows all travel operators to create and manage content modules as well as product menus on their websites. The system sends automatic email confirmations in common situations such as bookings, cancellations, registrations, and more, but the administrator can communicate with customers and providers on an ad-hoc basis by, for example, sending quotes and booking updates or requesting outstanding payments or informing about payments.
Adalte Travel Platform also includes a front-end accounting tool, which enables DMCs and tour operators to configure client payment terms based on reservation/penalty time, service type or others, to automate payment reminders, generate cash flow reports, and much more. Invoices are not issued by the system, but accounting export is available.
