foreUP is a cloud-based, all-in-one golf course, golf club and pro shop management software, with integrated POS, marketing, billing, tee sheet management, and food and beverage management features for clubhouse, restaurant and bar facilities.
Customers can check for and book tee times online at any time, with bookings streamlined into foreUP's drag & drop tee time software. Automated sunrise / sunset times help to maximize the number of rounds available per day, while confirmation and reminder emails helps to reduce the number of late arrivals and no-shows. POS and CRM modules are fully integrated into foreUP, enabling smooth sales transactions, inventory management, and customer information tracking. Comprehensive reporting capabilities include graphical, summary and detailed reports of payments, sales, inventory, customers, employees, and more.
In addition to features for golf management, foreUP provides modules for email and SMS marketing. Low use tee times can be promoted via email or text message, along with course updates, tournament, promotions, notifications, and more. foreUP can also provide golf clubs with professional golf websites and mobile apps. Food & beverage management features extend foreUP's capabilities to the clubhouse, where the software can be used to customize table layouts, manage inventory and process transactions efficiently.
