What is RealPage IMS?
IMS Platform is a cloud-based, fully integrated investor management solution for commercial real estate investment firms, with tools including distribution waterfalls, investor dashboards, document management, an in-built CRM, investor mobile apps for Android and iOS, and advanced analytics. The platform gives real estate firms the tools to automate waterfall distribution calculations, improve relations with investors by providing full transparency, and drive asset performance through actionable insights.
The IMS Platform aims to increase efficiency and help businesses save time by automating tasks such as distribution waterfall calculations and distribution workflows. The waterfall tool facilitates the delegation, automation, and distribution of sponsorship funds, and the in-built calculator produces sums based on pre-defined, associated rules and historical investment data.
Investor dashboards enable users to provide their real estate investors with complete transparency into current investment positions and performance, as well as distribution history. Dashboards are fully white-labeled and can be customized with the company logos and branding, and content can also be customized with the option to choose from a range of performance metrics. Investors also have access to distribution and performance data via the IMS Platform self-service mobile applications for investors. Documents can be accessed through the mobile app, and the IMP Platform facilitates document management in the form of secure storage, sharing, email notifications, automated K-1 upload, form parsing, and more.
The IMS Advanced Analytics module provides users with actionable insights into property performance, positive and negative trends, gross income, and other relevant metrics, through visual reports and dashboards. Data is automatically collected from the IMS Platform to create interactive reports and analytics.
