What is IndySoft?

IndySoft is a calibration and asset management solution which provides tools for managing quality assets for organizations of all sizes. The software can be deployed on-premise or in the cloud, and offers a customizable interface through which users can create custom searches, reports, views, and interactive flowcharts, which can be distributed across the company.

IndySoft’s asset management features include automatic asset numbering, unlimited custom fields, company asset segregation, data validation, location awareness, historical event tracking, issue and return routines, repairs, calibration, customized scheduling, current tracking status, and more. The embedded report writer, PrintBuilder, allows users to copy and modify pre-built reports, stickers, or certificates, or create their own from scratch. The calibration management software is designed to manage the full lifecycle of quality assets, with configurable event-driven workflows ensuring that each asset is handled according to its specific requirements.

IndySoft’s tooling management software supports unlimited assets in unique, consumable, and batch groups, and offers barcode support to enable bulk check-in and check-out of assets. Also included are tools for managing scheduling, searches, reporting, task automation, and more. IndySoft includes multiple predefined security profiles and more than 2500 security checkpoints to provide granular security controls. A range of compliance standards are supported, including FDA 21 CFR Part 11, the ISO-9000/9100 series, ISO-17025, and a variety of legacy QS and MilSpec standards.

It's honestly one of the main reasons I recommend Jobber to clients. As an accountant, having invoices, payments, and customer data flow straight into QuickBooks Online means I'm not re-entering everything manually or chasing down missing information
