Incident reporting management incorporates root cause analysis and corrective action tracking. Accreditation readiness features support standards including Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Health Resources and Services Administration, Joint Commission, Quad A, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments, Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, and Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.
