Perfect Gym offers self-service tools for customers including a client portal that allows individuals to sign-up online, book classes, make online payments, and more. The self-service kiosk provides an automated registration process with simplified payment processing. Funnily enough, despite its complexity there a some simple things that can't be done. If I had my choice again I would go nowhere near this company, if their customer service was up to scratch to help with the issues then it may be ok, but you can be waiting over a month for a reply, sometimes more, and that is not an exaggeration.
