The platform enables users to accept online quotes, edit customer information, and create orders. A WordPress based solution, Reservety allows users to personalize websites with custom logos, colors, themes, and templates.
Reservety’s inventory management functionality lets enterprises track stock, manage cancellations, hide unavailable items, and get alerts for low and out-of-stock products. Features include shipping management, geolocation, order notes, PCI-DSS compliance, Google Calendar integration, one-click refunds, data import/export, barcode tagging, and more.
Reservety comes with an order and reservation module, which enables administrators to print invoices, packing lists, and contracts. Users can also track shipping and send out automated email notifications. Reservety’s analytics provide users with insights into different metrics, such as average order value, conversion rate, and sales performance. The solution integrates with various payment gateways and third-party applications, including PayPal, Stripe, Authorize.net, Braintree, QuickBooks, and Xero.
