Aidi is a cloud based project and portfolio management platform built for the owner side of capital projects rather than for contractors. It supports public sector owners such as municipalities, school boards, health networks, and universities, and private owners such as real estate developers, commercial property managers, and multi-site retail chains.

The platform brings the full capital project lifecycle into one system, from planning and procurement through execution and closeout. Core modules cover budgets and financing, contract management, scheduling with Gantt and critical path views, change orders, risk management, cash flow and forecasting, resource and capacity planning, field logbooks, and reporting. Directors and executives work from a portfolio level view with real time status on cost and schedule across every project.

Aidi is designed to connect to existing systems. A lightweight web API supports integration with ERP and accounting platforms, and custom integrations can be built to automate manual processes. A native Power BI integration exposes project and portfolio data for custom dashboards, analytics, and forecasting. The SmartDoc module applies artificial intelligence to invoices and payment requests, extracting structured data automatically and reducing manual entry.

Security is handled at the platform level. Aidi is SOC 2 Type II certified, with data protection and access controls suited to public sector programs and their accountability and transparency requirements.

The platform manages more than 5,000 projects and over 13 billion dollars in budgeted funding for public owners such as the City of Longueuil and Loto-Quebec. Delivery is guided rather than self serve, with structured implementation, training, account management, and ongoing support. Pricing is usage based and monthly, with annual billing available at a reduced rate.
