What is Atlantis Evo?
Atlantis Evo is a business management software developed by Evo Solution Srl, active since 2015, designed for growing commercial and B2B companies in Italy and San Marino.
It brings together accounting, invoicing, orders, warehouse management and e-commerce (WooCommerce and PrestaShop) in a single system, without the complexity of an enterprise ERP.
Available both as a desktop/on-premise version and as a cloud variant, it gives more flexible access to the management software and company data. Cross-platform (Windows, macOS, Linux), it also comes with a mobile app for quick access to documents and for collecting orders from field sales reps.
The software lets you manage the full sales cycle in one place: customers and suppliers, quotes, orders, delivery notes, invoices, due dates and automatic accounting entries. It includes tools for both ordinary and simplified accounting, e-invoicing, real-time stock control, multi-warehouse management, and batch, variant and barcode handling.
Atlantis Evo also offers dedicated modules for simplified production and bill of materials, document archiving and advanced reporting, so it can adapt to different operational needs without spreading the work across multiple systems.
For online sellers, it integrates with WooCommerce and PrestaShop, syncing stock levels and pulling in orders automatically, cutting down manual work and mismatches between the physical store and online channels.
For B2B and wholesale businesses, Atlantis Evo provides custom and quantity-based price lists, tiered volume discounts, multi-warehouse management, sales rep and commission tracking, order management and multichannel integration.
The WooCommerce/PrestaShop connection keeps products, customers, orders and stock aligned between the management software and e-commerce channels.
The offering is modular and configurable by function, user and usage type; annual licenses start at €130 and vary depending on the modules and users chosen.
