AI agents. Mira answers inbound calls 24/7 in English and French. Each agent runs against your own knowledge base, qualifies callers, books appointments directly in Microsoft Teams or Google Meet through connected calendars, sends SMS follow-ups, and transfers to a human when needed. Outbound campaigns run through an AI auto-dialer with per-campaign caller ID. AI minutes are included on every plan and extend through pay-as-you-go or discounted packs.

Visibility. Every call is recorded, transcribed and summarized automatically. Call history, transcripts and summaries are searchable, so managers audit conversations without listening back.
