Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

CallPal overview
What is CallPal?
CallPal gives small and growing sales teams a phone system that works from inside the tools they already use.
Connect HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, Attio, Zoho CRM, Copper, ActiveCampaign or another supported CRM, and your contacts appear in CallPal ready to call. There is no softphone to install and no desk phone to buy: reps call from the browser.
Use click-to-call for one-off calls, or build a power dialer campaign from a list and let CallPal move to the next contact as each call ends. Reps on the same campaign share one queue, so nobody calls the same person twice.
When a call finishes, CallPal writes it to the right CRM record with the outcome and duration, so pipeline reports stay accurate without manual logging. Recordings, call history and team analytics live in one place.
For managers, a live board shows every active call, with the option to listen, whisper coaching to the rep, or join the conversation.
CallPal works with the carrier you choose. Connect a SIP trunk from Twilio, Telnyx or another provider and pay your carrier directly, with no markup on minutes.
Plans start at $19 per user per month, and every plan begins with a 14-day free trial that needs no credit card.
