Digital Florists overview

What is Digital Florists?

Digital Florists is cloud-based software built with Gemma Wakerley, owner of Booker Flowers in Liverpool, for the day-to-day work of running a flower shop. Phone, walk-in, website and relay orders land in one orders dashboard, with customer history, recurring orders, tasks, worksheets and reporting attached.

Orders connects to Shopify, WooCommerce, Florist Window, FloristPro, Direct2Florist and Interflora workflows, so teams do not re-key the same order for prep or delivery. Direct2Florist orders can be accepted, queried or rejected in Digital Florists. Interflora acceptance and status updates continue in Interflora Connect.

The delivery portal turns the day's orders into routes and sends each run to the driver's phone through the Companion App. Drivers can update delivery status and capture photo or signature proof. Customers can receive branded email and SMS updates.

Digital Florists POS handles walk-in sales, receipts and end-of-day reporting while keeping customer history with the rest of the shop's records. Digital Florists Events covers proposals, contracts, deposit tracking, recipes, costs, margins, stem lists, buy lists and prep tasks for weddings and corporate events.

The platform runs in a browser on computers and on phones through the Companion App. Permissions, audit logs, daily backups and Stripe-hosted card handling help protect business and payment data. UK and Ireland support is available by email, WhatsApp and phone.
