The system integrates a web portal and mobile apps for supervisors and field operators. The apps are configured to geolocate the operator at all times and track their route. In addition, it has a task assignment service and real-time activity tracking. The apps are available for Android operating system.
Customers can request services via the web or app. They can also receive email notifications on the status of their request. It is also possible to track the location of the agent assigned for the service in real-time and evaluate them.
