Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Notifuse overview
What is Notifuse?
Notifuse is an open-source marketing automation platform for B2B SaaS teams, digital agencies and technical founders. It covers marketing campaigns, lifecycle automations, transactional email and website analytics in one workspace, running either on your own servers or on Notifuse Cloud.
Teams usually arrive from a hosted platform they have outgrown on price, from a transactional-only sending service with no campaign or automation tooling, or from a requirement that rules out storing contact data with a third party.
How sending works
Notifuse is the application layer rather than a sending service. You connect your own Amazon SES, Mailgun, Postmark, SendGrid, SparkPost, Mailjet or SMTP account, and every message leaves through it. Volume is unlimited and priced by your provider at raw infrastructure rates, and the sending reputation you build belongs to your own account. Plans are sized by active contacts, and a contact with no activity in the past 30 days stops counting toward the limit.
Campaigns and templates
Emails are built in a drag-and-drop editor that outputs MJML for reliable rendering across clients, with Liquid for personalisation. Broadcasts target a list narrowed by segment filters, support A/B testing with winner selection, tag links with UTM parameters automatically, and can pull live data from your own systems at send time through global or per-recipient data feeds. Templates are shared across broadcasts, transactional sends, double opt-in, welcome and unsubscribe email.
Automations
A visual editor assembles journeys from event triggers using delays, email sends, list membership changes, outbound webhooks, conditional branches, weighted A/B splits and list-status branches. Exit on Reply removes a contact from a sequence as soon as they respond. Each contact has a journey record showing state, exit reason and timeline.
Segments and events
Segments combine contact fields, custom events and website goals with AND/OR logic. Applications push events singly or in batches, which makes RFM segmentation on recency, frequency and monetary value available without an external data warehouse.
Transactional email
A transactional API sends individual messages with contact upsert, template enrichment, external-ID deduplication, attachments and inline images. An SMTP bridge on ports 587 and 465 accepts mail from existing applications using workspace API credentials, so an existing codebase can be pointed at Notifuse without modification.
Website analytics
Analytics ships with the platform. It sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses, and records sessions, pageviews and goals in the same database as your contacts. It includes a dashboard, a live view, free-form exploration with custom dimensions, 40 editable attribution rules that reclassify historical traffic when changed, chart annotations, and a signed identify() call that links a visit to a known contact.
Everything else
A hosted preference centre, double opt-in, signed outbound webhooks, delivery logs, resumable CSV import, isolated workspaces, S3-compatible asset storage, a hosted blog, and an AI assistant that runs on your own Anthropic, OpenAI or Gemini key.
Integrations
Seven email providers are supported: Amazon SES, Mailgun, Postmark, SendGrid, SparkPost, Mailjet and generic SMTP. Supabase connects contact data, Firecrawl gives the assistant web access, and Anthropic, OpenAI and Gemini can each back the assistant. Everything in the interface is also available over a documented HTTP API with webhooks for outbound events.
Deployment
Self-host free under AGPL-3.0 with Docker and PostgreSQL, or use Notifuse Cloud from $16 per month billed annually. Every plan includes every feature and a 14-day trial.
