What is TargetBay?
TargetBay is a eCommerce personalization solution which combines four modules covering product reviews, product recommendations, email personalization, and behavioral pop ups. The system is aimed at eCommerce stores of any size, and allows users to purchase any combination of modules to suit their requirements.
TargetBay includes an automated review generation system which encourages customers to review their purchases using site pop ups and emails. Users can moderate reviews to screen out spam or fake posts, and respond to customer reviews with comments. Best-selling, related, and similar products can be recommended to customers, and users can create bundle offers to cross-sell supporting products. Personalized email marketing campaigns can be targeted to different customer segments, and scheduled for delivery or triggered by customer actions. Emails can be sent for cart abandonment, reorder reminders, back-in-stock notifications, price drops, birthdays or anniversaries, and more. Users can also enable a range of customizable pop ups for cart abandonment, site abandonment, upselling, cross-selling, email list signups, reviews generation, and welcoming first-time shoppers.
